| Refunds and Cancellations (Return Policy) | For the monthly plan, refunds are available if requested within 7 days of your first purchase. However, we may decline a refund if a substantial amount of content has been used before the refund is processed. Refunds are limited to one per person. The 3-month plan is a one-time purchase covering all three months and is therefore not eligible for refunds. For both plans, refunds due to critical service defects are accepted even after the 7-day period above. For the monthly plan, if you cancel by the day before the next renewal date, you will not be charged again (you keep access until the end of the period). The 3-month plan has no automatic renewal, so no cancellation procedure is needed. |
